processed by Allegro sp. z o.o., with the registered seat in
Poznań, ul. Wierzbięcice 1B, Poland, pursuant to the rules included
in Appendix No.
5 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy.

other than users of the commercial platform Allegro.pl is presented

The controller, i.e. the entity deciding how your personal data is
used, pursuant to section 4, paragraph 7 of the Regulation of the
European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on
the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of
personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing
Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
(hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR"), is Allegro sp z o.o., with
the registered seat in Poznań, ul. Wierzbięcice 1B (hereinafter
referred to as "We”, "Us", "Allegro.pl"), operator of the
commercial online platform available at www.allegro.pl (hereinafter
referred to as the: "Allegro Platform").

We have received your data directly from you, when you submitted
the application to participate in the event we organize.
⦁ Which of your data do we process?
We process the personal data included in the content of the
application you have submitted.
⦁ What are the purposes and legal bases for Allegro.pl to process
your personal data?
Your personal data shall be processed on the basis of:

(consent) to enable your participation in the event you are
interested in;

(legally justified interest of the controller) to:
prevent fraud and abuse;
ensure accountability (to prove our fulfillment
of legal obligations).
You can withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of
consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the
consent given before its withdrawal.

Allegro.pl?
Provision of your personal data to us is voluntary and necessary to
participate in the event we organize.
⦁ What are your rights in relation to Allegro.pl with regard to
processing data?
We ensure the execution of all your rights resulting from the GDPR,
i.e. the right of access to, the rectification of, and erasure of
your data, the right to restriction of their processing and
portability, and the right to object to the processing of your
personal data.

You are also entitled to lodge a complaint in relation to our
processing of your personal data to the supervisory body of the
President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: Prezes

⦁ In which situations you can object to your data being
processed?
You are entitled to lodge an objection to your personal data being
processed if the processing of your personal data takes place on
the basis of a legally justified interest, and the objection is
justified by a specific situation you find yourself in.
⦁ With whom do we share your personal data?
Your personal data can be transferred to the following recipient
categories: IT system and service providers, entities providing
technical, organizational and advisory support, entities providing
legal services if this is justified by the realized objectives.
Your personal data can also be shared with entities entitled to
receive it based on the applicable legal regulations, including the
competent bodies of the administration of justice.
⦁ How long do we store your personal data?
Allegro.pl stores your personal data to support your potential
participation in the event from the day of obtaining it until the
end of the event.
We store your data to prevent abuse and fraud from the moment of
obtaining them for 6 years from the end of the event, provided
circumstances indicating abuse or fraud are revealed within 90 days
from the date of the event.
If necessary, your personal data shall be processed until the
moment of definite completion of civil, enforcement, administrative
or penal proceedings requiring processing of personal data.
In the aforementioned period, personal data shall be processed also
for the purposes of accountability (proving our fulfillment of our
legal obligations).
⦁ Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European
Economic Area?
Your personal data shall not be shared outside EEA with the
following exceptions:
- Google Cloud Poland sp. z o. o., with the registered seat in
Warsaw, in relation to using the email system and tools included in
Google Workspace, and in relation to using personal data processing
services offered by this entity, performed outside the European
Economic Area;
- Druva Europe Ltd. with the registered seat in Reading, UK, in
relation to using personal data processing services offered by this
entity.
Allegro.pl always acts in accordance with the mechanisms ensuring
the appropriate level of protection, i.a. by the application of
standard contractual clauses regarding transfer of personal data to
entities processing personal data in other countries, approved by
the European Commission. Copies of such clauses can be obtained

⦁ Do we process your personal data automatically (also by
profiling) in a way affecting your rights?
Allegro.pl shall not make any decisions regarding your person which
are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and
which have legal effects on you or affect you significantly in a
similar way.
